Awesome Service As someone who worked with Homestead Inspections during the home-buying process to evaluate two different prospective houses, I have to say that Jeff from Homestead Inspections was just flat awesome. I'm not a first time buyer and I can say that Jeff's attention to detail and his professionalism was like night and day from my previous experience with another inspector.
Perfect service Homestead Inspections truly is the best. I was so impressed, their service was perfect, the inspector was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Jeff was very thorough, and very informative, going so far as to tell me how and when to service all the appliances in the home such as have a professional service clean the furnace yearly and be sure to have the dryer vent cleaned routinely which I found so helpful as I am a first time home-buyer.

Jeff took the time to explain not only what improvements need to be made, but solutions to the problems. Well worth service Jeff come out during the holiday week to inspect our home which was great. He did a great job during the inspection showing me everything he was looking at and documenting the results. We walked around every inch of the home and took pictures of anything that was an issue or could become one in the future. Thorough home inspection Jeff was very thorough with the inspection of our new home. He pointed out several things (good and bad) that he discovered during his inspection. We were provided with an extensive report about 5 hours after he completed the inspection and he told us if we had any questions about anything to feel free to contact him. We feel very comfortable moving forward with the purchase of our first home because of Jeff's inspection.
Very helpful Jeff did a wonderful job with our home inspection. He was thorough and helped find several problems. He was very helpful in explaining different things about the new house. If and when we move again we will definitely use Homestead Inspections.
Professional home inspection I just had an inspection from this company. I was worried because another inspector didn't find important things that needed to be fixed in the house. I was totally satisfied by the end of the inspection. The report was easy to understand and had a list of things that needed to be done. They are professional, accurate and have good customer relation skills.
