Came in early this morning and was totally ignored, waited 10 minutes beside a car in the showroom and no one asked me if I was being helped or even made eye contact.
Great Experience with Ernesto, very knowledgeable about the Genesis brand, explained all the features on the car. Excellent customer service from Ernesto the Sales Manager highly recommended ask for Ernesto if you want top customer service.
Always a challenge to reach the Service Department! Calls are always directed to voice mail smh
They have the worst sales and service I have ever had to deal with.
No one answers from the service department and mailbox is always full.
