We had an issue with our hot water tank - the people at Homestead gas were wonderful - they were here within 30 min and had us all fixed up - very reasonable cost for service as well! Will definitely call them again!!
The electrical install for my A/C unit was done in such a manner that my panel was arching and blowing fuses, simply a miracle that it did not catch fire! (3 small kids in my home). The new fuse block was never attached (the pre-fab partial punch where the mounting screw goes was still intact) therefore after some time the block becomes loose enough (changes in temperature alone) to arch and catch fire.
