The people there are very helpful and friendly. This was my first experience with this shop . l went in person to select the arrangement. l was shown several and l decided on what l would call a semi tropical theme. .What l received was a smaller version of what l was shown with less roses and flowers in general. I ordered my first arrangement for delivery today. I ordered the heart of the home centerpiece. Communication was great! I needed to correct the note for the order. I called & got the voicemail twice (I didn’t leave a message) but received a call back within 10 minutes. The employee was a man. Very patient. Very kind. & to top it off, the recipient complimented how beautiful the arrangement is. So pleased with the service, my purchase & same day delivery. It was within hours. You all are amazing. Thank you!
