Liar, Rip Off, Mean Staff, Hippocrit Dr. Kevin O'Neill is an amazing, hipocritical and somewhat of a gentle dentist. However his staff, Carol and Carol are rude, unprofessional and in my opinions hipocrits. They charge random charges on your bill and by the time you're ready to leave you're not checking what you paid for. For every week/month they add on an extensive premium.
