Worst property management staff I have ever dealt with. Poorly insulated houses, and terrible A/C units. I had a maintenance employee literally tell me that their A/C units are garbage and are not strong enough to cool the houses. I have now put in 8 maintenance requests in the one year that I have lived here, and the problem still isn't fixed.
Nicely maintained landscapes but I must comment about the grass cutting guys who would turn up really early in the morning and spend all day driving around on their mobile lawn mowers going over the same bit of grass time and time again. Way too noisy..... Trash collection was sporadic and there are excessive rules and regulations for tenants. If you have money to throw away this is your place. You pay for amenities you cant use most of the year, (pool closed September through June, dog park still wasn't done after one year, trash pickup sporadic at best!). If that's not enough they charged me $105 dollars to fix where I had hung curtains!!! That is normal wear for living. I have never been charged for hanging curtains. Someone stole my grill cover in January and I told the office, (you have to have a grill cover which I had no problem with), but they issued me a ... read more
Nice property. Low end kitchen appliances and construction had to have been rushed. Second floor creeks worse than an old 70 yr old home i lived in in chicago. Stated a gated community but the gate is locked for only 7 hours a day.
Beautiful community with well maintained common areas & pool, however, the pool is very shallow and not good for actual swimming. Good service from the maintenance staff and roomy homes. VERY loud and disruptive air plane activity at all hours of the day and night. The appliances are also noisy and there is little or no insulation so the house was freezing in the winter time ... cold air pours in from outside through the electrical sockets and through the window seals.
