We moved here from Upstate NY, and we have not been disappointed. The staff is super friendly and responsive. We enjoy walks on the extensive paths that they have. Our dog especially loves Homestead at Hartness. She gets to meet many people and dogs. Everyone is so friendly, we would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place.
Things we like: the friendliness of the neighborhood, and the variety of social gatherings we have once a month. We have a treasure in the park-like atmosphere with a variety of places to walk: sidewalks, black-top trail, woodland and lakeside trails. Many residents enjoy fishing, the Fitness Center and the pool. We enjoy being relieved of responsibility for maintenance inside and out. Staff have been very responsive to every request we have made. Homestead at Hartness is a great place to live. I have two small Shih Tzus and enjoy walking them in the community. There is beautiful scenery in a nature setting. The cottage style homes are charming and I especially like sitting on my front porch enjoying the view of a large bass pond near the clubhouse. I have always received the best care from management and they are eager to please when you have a maintenance request. I love this community and I'm grateful to call Homestead at Hartness my home.
We just moved in and we love our neighbors. We don't ever want to leave.
