Terrible Terrible management. Have complained multiple times and still nothing done. Constantly smell weed from upstairs apartment. Upstair neighbors constantly stomp and knock stuff off our walls. Trying to get a hold of whoever owns it to complain since management does nothing. Would not reccomend.

Worth the price Moved in rather quickly, love the amenities, pool, gym and close distance to shopping and restaurants. The office staff and maintenance are professional and prompt. I definitely recommend living here if you are in Hobbs.

Phenomenal This was my first apartment to ever rent and I couldn't be more happy! Maintenance orders were needed twice and fixed in the same day. It's a safe environment and I have never had issues with other tenants. It's a nice and quiet community and he ladies in the office are exceptionally nice! This is a great place to live! I'm moving out of state and if I weren't I would stay here longer!
