I was met by a big angry, impatient guy who apparently wasn't the nice guy I spoke to on the phone earlier. The big guy was too busy to listen to what I wanted done. Finally he stomped off in a rage to get the nicer guy who listened to my request and who got the job done in short order. WOW! What a way to run a business! I'll never go back there.

I took my 2000W Yamaha camping generator (wasn't having any problems, just due for a basic Service) in for an oil change, tune-up, a good once over to make sure everything is in good working order. Took it home, leaked oil on the garage floor (owned for 5 years, never leaked oil before). Took it camping anyway, leaked oil there too. Took it back after camping trip, they said "it is not our fault." They were wanting to charge me to look at it again. I have been using this company for my small engine needs for many years and they have always given me excellent service on my chain saws and leaf blowers and they can fix anything and they do it in a timely manner. Last year they delivered my chain saws to me all the way to Stayton.
