It's been 5 years Mr hudman has yet to get a property he sold for me off my name. The new owner owes taxes and this affects me. Please make sure when you give him you 6 percent that he effectively completes title transfer and tax transfer. Don't get stuck like me. I want a refund. This agent has a responsibility to make sure that all individuals involved are veted. This agent choose the title company and states he commonly works with.. seller beware
