I don't recommend working with Homestar Remodeling. We purchased windows from this company and had no issues, but that is where our luck stopped. Horrible experience with this company. Installed defective windows back in March and it’s still not fixed. These looters took my money and gave me faulty windows.They would call you every couple of hours before signing the contact and now that they got my money they would not even show basic courtesy to call back.

I had windows installed earlier this year. My home was broken into on Sunday through the window. It was determined that the lock was not working on the windows. I contacted Homestar Monday morning. Received an immediate call back to schedule Travis to come out. Know that Travis gave me his ETA. Was very professional explained the problem. Homestar remodeling was very professional. Eric did an amazing job at explaining the damages in our roof, and also talking us through the different types of windows and roofing materials they offer. He was professional and thorough. I appreciated the time and effort he put into comparing other companies with Homestar remodeling.
We had windows replaced in our home. We were told by the salesman that the project would take 2-3 days to complete. Instead, it was about 18 months (months, not days). Installers arrived on many occasions without all needed materials or damaged window components. Windows were either manufactured with flaws, the wrong size, or were not carefully inspected before arriving at our home. My husband and I were very happy with Homestar Remodeling company from the beginning with Chris who came to our home and was very informative plus he explained everything very well and very thorough! They did an excellent job with installation and clean up. We are very satisfied with their work.
Lovely installation; professional but cordial workers, left work space clean; stayed until work completed in one day even though hours were long.
