Disappointed with Homestar on two fronts: 1. The process of closing on my loan was not smooth at all. I probably received 20 separate one-off requests after submitting all of my initial information asking for a single document here and there. It was extremely inefficient and frustrating to be answering another request every other day for over a month. 2. Matt kept me up to date on the entire home buying process from the beginning to the end rather it was a phone call, text or email he was on it.
