Absolutely terrible people. Missed thousands of dollars worth of plumbing and electrical issues, and then got rude and condescending when asked about the issues. Would not even let my wife explain herself over the phone and just kept repeatedly interrupting. Accused us of hiring incompetent workers (the ones who actually found the issue).
