I for once have found HomeSource to be extremely helpful and very considerate of others and professionally able to deliver on all ends. If there’s anything bad in the years I’ve been knowing this company. I have not experienced it. I’ve expected nothing but excellence from the whole company. That they’ve delivered. Excellent job HomeSource Realtors keep it up. Your years of experience in this shines through.

Dan Demott openly boasted about kicking a 70 year old woman out of her home after allowing black mold to proliferate so that it would "make his end of the deal simple". If you have any interaction at all with this man, record it. He will break the law in the cheapest, sleaziest way he can. As long as he makes a profit and his victims can't afford an attorney, he will take the least moral path available.

I would never call this company or its associates. Dan Demotte was the Listing agent and my agent for a property who I contacted. he never sent me the Contract and sign contract with someone else. Complained to broker Rosena DaRin but she kind of brushed it off. Complaining to Division of Real Estate.
