I absolutely hate living here the maintenance people don’t know what they are doing it’s loud, my baby can’t sleep, the hvac unit doesn’t work properly but I was told nothing is wrong with it, they could send someone to look at it but I’d have to pay for it! My Kub bill for 10 days was $166.88 I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog they tell you what you want to hear to get you to move in then it’s the total opposite I can’t wait for my lease to be up! We needed a pre purchasing certificate to purchase our house and their online platform was not working properly. When I called, Kelly was rude and assumed it was user error. It wasn't, they fixed the issue on the back end. Then we needed to do an interview and they would not accomdate my husband's work schedule even though their platform says you can choose nights or weekends. We eventually got our certificate but took well over a week to do so be sure you start the process way before your closing.
