Ed helped us purchase our first home many years ago. We have currently hired him to sell a commercial property and he was the best person for the task. He was patient with us and educated us during the entire process. He made sure we were well taken care of till the end of the sell. I thank him for being awesome at what he does!
Ed Moore is a superhero! We are immigrants with poor English, zero knowledge. He walked us through the whole process with a lot of explanations. He negotiated on our side and protected our interests with sellers. As a result we got a house which we are happy about!

Ed Moore was rude throughout our transaction. The commission he shares with the buyers agent is small. In addition, after we backed out of the contract for one of his listings due to structural issues and a sewer line that was close to collapsing, he never disclosed it as he is legally obligated to do so. He relisted the house with no new disclosures. Very shady businessman.
