Connie Lindsey has been the best realtor! She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate us throughout the entire process. My experience at closing with an agent from this company was less than pleasant. After all documents were signed and funds were transferred, she shared several personal grievances in a manner I found unprofessional. While I can’t disclose the details of that conversation, it left a negative impression strong enough that my own agent felt the need to discuss it privately with me afterward. This is not the kind of experience most buyers would want to have at the closing table. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

This company deceives agents and when you sign up with them they do not let you know that you are not free to leave. They make you sign their contract and hide a $150.00 severance fee in the contract which is meant deter agents from moving to another agency. This is a very very bad company.
Our experience with Supriya Koduri of HomeSmart Corporate – Roswell was deeply troubling and completely unprofessional. After speaking directly with the property owner—who confirmed he was open to selling—we submitted an offer based on publicly available information and our in-person conversation. Instead of responding with professionalism, Ms. Koduri called me and spoke in an extremely hostile and aggressive manner.
