This company deceives agents and when you sign up with them they do not let you know that you are not free to leave. They make you sign their contract and hide a $150.00 severance fee in the contract which is meant deter agents from moving to another agency. This is a very very bad company.
Our experience with Supriya Koduri of HomeSmart Corporate – Roswell was deeply troubling and completely unprofessional. After speaking directly with the property owner—who confirmed he was open to selling—we submitted an offer based on publicly available information and our in-person conversation. Response to Homesmart-Roswell, check 1st review: To whomever is managing this page, you may want to consider having someone else handle Google review responses. There seems to be a pattern here of responding in a defensive and condescending tone to anyone who leaves feedback you don’t agree with. The wholesaler you referenced is the reason this deal closed. This was truly one of the most disappointing and dishonest experiences I’ve had in real estate. My team and I brought a serious, ready-to-close buyer to the table, a buyer who remained interested in the property the entire time. Hired an agent here to do my listing. It was very poorly listed. When I terminated her she ended up charging more without me realizing than I had offered. Which I could have offered zero has she was unsuccessful in selling my home. Hired a different agent and had the house under contract in 6 days.
