I'm surprised this brokerage has not been sued yet. They prey on seniors and elderly promising unrealistic returns on their properties and then failing to deliver. They messed with my dad and they made a huge mistake. No one messes with my dad. there is absolutely no way you guys can make up for what you did. You guys have officially burned this bridge.
Unfortunately because this company employs a real estate agent who is untrustworthy and who really is all about a quick sale and money, they are being rated 1 star. This agent suggested a certain inspector that he recommended and trusted and because this was my first home I was naive, I went with his recommendation. We had 7 days for the inspection report get back to us. Both the realtor and inspector were less than interested In getting this report back to us.
