Avoid working with Kimberly Austin at all costs. i recently moved here from Connecticut and I am appalled by the behavior of our seller’s realtor, Kimberly Austin. She is completely self-centered as she put very little time and attention into this transaction. She was rude and never returned calls or answered ANY of our questions. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever experienced in my 30 years and 5 homes later. Her time is obviously way more important than anyone else’s.
Eric Hyatt is unprofessional and lacks respect for the public. My husband and I requested information on an active listing in Boulder and he never returned our calls. I would never use this company. You get what you pay for with discount brokers.
Lisa Brown was absolutely amazing in helping me sell my home. My husband passed away a few months before and she helped me through the whole process of knowing what paperwork I needed and helped me get it all together. The entire process was quick and painless. If I ever sell a house again she will be the person I want working for me. I find her to be caring, capable and trustworthy. Thank you Lisa.
These people rent to awful, trashy, and horrid people. Beware if this company buys then rents in your neighborhood. Many of us went through mediation. Those of us on the block are aware of this problem house. They actually trespassed on different properties!
