BE CAREFUL, recently worked with Monica Vaca and whether it was malicious or negligence, she would not fill out proper paperwork which is standard procedure. She neglected to notify team of inspections and was totally unprofessional and has no class.
We had a great experience with Alex and really enjoyed his style. Unfortunately he was unavailable to be there for us due to medical concerns and we were put in touch with Blanca. She was not optimistic about selling our home and gave off strong vibes that because she felt like it wouldn't sell, it was not worth her time or effort. We are extremely disappointed in the way things turned out. When we relist, we will be going with another company and we have already told multiple friends not to go with this company.

Agent Eddy Nubine is a thief who gets other agents to do all the work for him, then swoops in and has his family list him instead to steal all the time, work, and commission from other agents just trying to make a living. I don't understand why he could not just do the work himself, and if a broker sponsors someone with business practices like this, I would not trust them.
