Looked at a plce I liked put a bid on it,however it went under contract. About 10 days later my Realtor called me and said that the Realtor called her to let her know it was back on market back on market. So put another bid in for asking price. It's been 6 days and Cint Kauer will not return her call. How unprofessional is that. Pick up the phone and just let someone know the status. You remember things like this. I will never do buisness with Home Smart whether I'm buying or selling. Poor quality service.

We will buy a house with cash. We made an appointment with Shane Layton to see a house. We saw the house. I called the next day to say our decision. There were too many stairs inside the house. These stairs are not shown in the pictures. And we decided it wasn't a good idea for my old mother. That's why I called him. I wanted to thank him for his time. Because thanking is a kindness. Watch out for these guys. We worked with a “person” named Mary Ann Smith. Mary Ann is crooked. All she cares about is making a sale. She will lie and try and fool you so she can lock you into a sale. No morals! Bad people!
