After several calls with different employees Yuliana, Rosa and Crystal. They should be embarrassed and shamed how they give u no answers or updates nothing but run around regarding my security deposit. I moved out March 28 it’s past the 21 days that the law states an owner has to release any money owed to a tenant. Do not waste your time and move here. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to in order to write this post.. Please DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Months after moving in my ac went out. I had to make a complaint with the city in order for them to fix it. Now I’m fighting with them to get my holding deposit back. After several calls with different employees I’m just getting the runaround. I moved out Feb 1, 2026 So it’s past the 21 days that the law states an owner has to release any money owed to a tenant. Do not waste your time and move here. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to in order to write this post.

DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want to live without air-conditioning for months during the summer. Connie will and Ron her boss with KRC Management don't care. Everyone gets locked out of the laundry rooms randomly at their whim. Same thing with the pool. The so called security gate constantly doesn't work. They will let other tenants into your apartment which I've witnessed myself. This lady Connie is so rude!!! She declined my application because no rental history. This is wrong in all ways not to mention that I waited 2 weeks for an answer. Not ok
