Love working with Homeshield, wish I would have come to them sooner. Tevin came by today to install traps and other resources to address a troublesome mice infestation. Super friendly, super professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The initial home visit was the same, I really like their crew. I’ve worked with other services who were ineffective and wish I would have used Homeshield initially.
I had a great experience with HomeShield from start to finish. The customer service was excellent and the technician, Tevin, was especially helpful; he took the time to thoroughly explain the services, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. It's rare to find service this professional and informative. Highly recommend!
