Today’s service was provided by Antion. He arrived within the timeframe given. Upon arrival, Antion introduced himself and asked if there were any concerns that needed addressing. Once that was addressed, he went to work. He was very polite, professional, and thorough like all the service techs that have been out to perform the quarterly service. Thank you.
My technician Matthew was great. Spent a lot of time explaining the process and what to expect. He was fast and efficient. Great communication the whole time.
Great service
The technician was very friendly and informative! When he arrived I didn’t get the text he was on his way til after he almost left. He said the cell service wasn’t good at the beach, which it isn’t! So glad I caught him in time since I waited for him. I don’t know how well the pest control is working yet. It’ll take a week or so, so I will definitely add it to my review.
