The service was scheduled that same day which was appreciated because it was those 90 degree days. The tech was prompt, communicated well, and resolved the issue in a timely manner
Response to no ac was quick and very professional. Dealing with salesman for new ac install could not have gone any easier. I wasn't forced to buy from Home Serve. Here's the negative. A gas leak was found during and because of install. I assured it was repaired only for it to leak next morning. I have a handicap sister living here and I wasn't there when it happened. It was very scary for her . I feel i should have been contacted by someone after situation was rectified but.....
