Really disappointed I’ve been trying to contact you guys for a week about my condenser not working after the tuneup was done and you guys are not taking any responsibility saying that it’s not part of the contract. The condenser is working just fine before you guys touched it now you’re saying not responsible in order for me to Get you to do the check up I need to pay which is crazy to me when it was done under your responsibility and I’m also gonna call PSEG because I got your company through them. I contacted HomeServe after my condenser stopped working. Their salesperson, Asela Kalukeerthie, came to my home, took measurements, and told me that the replacement system would have the same BTU capacity as my existing unit because, based on the measurements, my home did not require a larger system. However, I later discovered that the furnace being installed was actually smaller than my original one. My previous furnace was 100,000 BTU, but the replacement was only 88,000 BTU.
