She was very pleasant! She did sell the business 3 years ago so if your looking for a property this is not the way to go!
Texted me saying they had no rentals available, which is very reasonable, but then proceeded to not tell me who the rental was and repeatedly texted me "get it together" instead of answering a question so I could mark them off my list of places. High unprofessional would not recomend.
Management was amazing! When we had issues with our unit, the property manager was quick to fix what needed to be done. She worked with us when our lease was up and was even willing to work with us as we didn't know when we would be able to move into our new house. We were able to get our deposit back because we followed the lease agreement! We would highly recommend Homes Ready Property Management.
Very dissatisfied, do not rent from this company. She is in unreasonable and charges fees for for everything when moving out. I referred my gf and brother to rent from her because she was very reasonable to me. After they rented for a few months problems began to arise. The land lord would disclose information to other non clients about tenants.
