I appreciate Derrick. He is available, answers the phone and takes time to give me his undivided attention.
Today I called about a property... first the receptionist hung up on me ... I guess because I have a out of state number... called back to ask to speak to Derrick since his contact information is listed on Zillow. She took wrong information to forward to him.. came back to phone than start asking me what my contact information again.. maybe she was just have a bad day however my first impression of this company is not a good one.
