So after calling several times in one week reaching an offsite answering service Lashanda finally decides to reach out to me to inform me that the property was rented after 48 hours after being listed . Level of communication was much better than expected, was able to get the ball rolling quickly and Lashawnda was incredibly thorough, helpful, and down to earth. My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant experience finding a place to move and signing a lease. Will update as needed but first impression is this will be a very easy company to rent from and problems will be resolved quickly if they arrise!

Lashawna Day called me to fix some plumbing on one of her rentals. When her terms were payment made in 40 days I said that would not be good for me and wished her well. I then was about to give her a number of a company who might be interested and she hung up on me. To add insult to injury she leaves me a bad review. Tell me what kind of person would go out of there way to do such a thing. I would avoid doing business with someone like this.
