So after calling several times in one week reaching an offsite answering service Lashanda finally decides to reach out to me to inform me that the property was rented after 48 hours after being listed . Well it is funny how it is listed for a couple of days, and you want to give me the excuse that you had over 300 applicants. That is no excuse not to return a phone call. Level of communication was much better than expected, was able to get the ball rolling quickly and Lashawnda was incredibly thorough, helpful, and down to earth. My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant experience finding a place to move and signing a lease. Will update as needed but first impression is this will be a very easy company to rent from and problems will be resolved quickly if they arrise!
