Very rude and unprofessional. We were first to tour and apply to a house, we got every item they needed back in a timely manner. Only to have them tell us they gave the house to someone else since our current landlord got a form in a day later then someone else. Rude and not helpful at all on the phone or during the tour.
stole my whole deposit and i still owed them 77$ after wards. definitely was not even over 300$ in damage done ( broken window included.) i paid for the carpets to be cleaned and they charged me for another cleaning do to “animal oder”. i had a dog in my house for one day just happens to be the day the owner was there and he saw me with the dog so i’m sue ethats why i was charged with “animal oder”. highly would not recommend them. their staff in office are extremely rude as well. find business elsewhere .
Horrible company, doesn't get back to you in a timely manner, goes back on their word (written and verbal) and doesn't give a darn to give you back money you're right fully owed. Will never recommend this company to anyone ever again, nor would I rent from them again.
Save yourself the money and just rent through Tara
Everyone has a different definition of clean. Rental units have to be as clean as possible for the next tenant. At move out the outgoing tenant's security deposit may be used to restore the unit when necessary, excluding wear and tear. NONE of the deposit is income to the Property Manager. All of the deposit must be spent on cleaning / repairs and documented or returned to the tenant. That was the case with Ms Ramos' Father. I wish Jessa and her Father nothing but the best.
