It was a few years ago, but we moved out of our house, and they kept more than 1/2 of the deposit. The house was clean, and the only issue was the yard was not great (we could not keep a gardener). They charged us for replacements of items that were 20 years old, like the vent a hood, and the shower wand that busted, and I asked should I replace it prior to leaving.
