I rented from Homes for rent about 7 years .. I didn't really have any complaints... it was hard to get appliances fixed but they have so many properties they manage I understand on the wait because they only can do so much with all the properties they manage.. I did always call to stay on top of it.. when it was an emergency like hearing and cooling or a leak they did send someone out right away.. or that next morning... total rip off company, still waiting for my pet deposit, the repair people they send out are morons, one broke the a/c more than it was , and yes they are rude as all get out
Very sad that I am in a year long lease with this "business". The house we moved into has had so many things break and I have to call and send emails repeatedly for anything to get solved. For a month straight I have asked them to have someone from heating and cooling to come out to fix our heater. Still nothing. Every time I call they give me some sort of run around.
