Jon and Randy are fantastic. They communicated clearly and quickly throughout the entire process, letting us make decisions when we had strong opinions about things during our home search, and then offering suggestions when we needed them. I rate this company a 10+. They go above and beyond any other realty company that I have used in the past. After the inspection there was some items to be fixed/repaired . Since I was not familiar with the area, I had no idea who to call but Randy put me in touch with reputable companies. When I couldn't be there for the closing, Randy obtained the key and put a locked box on the door. I can't praise him enough for being so helpful.
