Valerie was an absolute pleasure! It’s awesome that she’s been with New Town since the beginning. She was so helpful and showed me an inventory home shortly before close. It was overall a wonderful experience.
Wife and I came in to inquire about moving into NewTown over the weekend and were met with the worst “sales person” we’ve ever met. Our spirits were high going in as we fell in love with the community driving through it, just to be crushed by this woman. She right away asked our budget, and then said “no we don’t have anything an available in that range”. I was really excited to move into my new house in New Town! The issues started shortly after (I have been in the house almost two years). Whittaker and the warranty company, Pro-Home constantly blamed each other for who's responsible for what fixes during the warranty period. They no showed three times on service appointments (I assume they were just buying time until I was out of my 1 year warranty period).
