HORRIBLE!!! So many things about our experience are just HORRIBLE! Our experience has been incredibly disappointing. While the initial interactions with the sales team were positive and communication was smooth, things quickly went downhill from there. During the design phase, we selected an upgraded tile for the bathrooms, but what was installed looked noticeably different from what was shown to us.
