Did Everything they said they was going to do.
Crappy construction and not all it’s cut out to be. Had far less issues with another local mega builder. Horrible warranty.
Taber has a good reputation. Recent customers report good build quality, broad selection of features, many of which are bundled into 3 tiers white, blue & red being the most feature laden (and most expensive). Lots of individualization options beyond the tiers. Roughly 50 floorplans to choose from. Sizes range from 1200 sq ft to approximately 3500 square ft with prices starting in the mid $200k range up to above $500k. The one complaint I heard concerned inconsistent concrete finish.
