I would be very careful dealing with this account. It's been weeks of random Zillow messages and even private messages and than nothing. Questions asked and answered and than nothing. I have all messages and at this point I'm questioning whether the house in question even exists or if this account under the name Mike Sanders is even legitimate. If it is legitimate it is a terrible way to do business and very mean way to treat people. Stay aware!!!
