Mike and Jessyca are professional and persistent. They listed a short sale in Miami. It took over 6 months to close. Throughout the process they consistently communicated with the bank and held the deal together. The Buyers are over the moon with their new house. Thank you for your hard work! Wishing you all the best

I worked with Mike Sanders to find our new home on the other side of the country. Mike was extremely responsive, moved quickly with us, and helped us coordinate our questions with the property owner. With Mike's help, we found and signed a lease with our top choice favorite house. And throughout the whole process he was kind and communicative. It was a great, smooth experience which was exactly what we wanted and needed! Thank you Mike!

I would be very careful dealing with this account. It's been weeks of random Zillow messages and even private messages and than nothing. Questions asked and answered and than nothing. I have all messages and at this point I'm questioning whether the house in question even exists or if this account under the name Mike Sanders is even legitimate. If it is legitimate it is a terrible way to do business and very mean way to treat people. Stay aware!!!
