If you are looking for a home DO NOT purchase one built by this company. The homes are cheaply built and the quality sucks. If you need help fixing their mistakes they want to charge you for it. Multiple homes in the area have had to spend well over $1000 to replace well pumps (less that 2 years) because they were not buried deep enough and burned out. During construction I found traces of illegal substances on counter tops and floors - and nothing was done. Floors are put down uneven and they don't want to fix it. Truly you... read more
terrible company. unprofessional construction team. they promise homeowners that they will "be there for you", then they don't even bother to answer emails. several neighbors have roofs and ceilings that have leaked and interior rot. i'll never buy another deltona home again.
