We call Home Run offers and spoke with an agent. He told us it wouldn't cost a penny for us to list. After 2 months we received a bill for $2000 and we still hadn't had any offers on our home, We called the agent and were told the fee was for administrative fees. We finally hired an attorney and got out of the mess they claimed was soo good. I would NEVER RECOMMEDENT them to my worst enemy
