Not good experience at all and I had $90 that they didnt return to me (I had to pay for the leak that tenant made and paid filter A/C instead of manager to give to tenant because tenant paid them for that) or even contacted me about. Ann didin't respond my messages and no one from the team answer my emails.Tenant also had a lot of complains about them.
Mayra Jerez is insisting I have to pay a non refundable pet deposit for my emotional support animals. This is not only wrong, but against Florida law. Disappointed.
Told us no one submitted an application for a house, submitted the app and paid $400 only for them to tell us the next day it was leased to someone else.
Michelle is the property manager I've been dealing with and she's been great and helping me to get the things I need in dealing with maintenance issues. Thankful to have a company that cares!
Michelle Harvell is the Property manager of a condo I own in Brevard County for a number of years and provided excellent service to me and the tenant. When I was putting property on the market she did everything she could to get it ready for the market including finding painters, a cleaning company and she also had carpeting installed. The unit sold in 24 hours and I couldn't be happier. I give her an A++! In addition she always has a positive attitude. If I ever need another property manager I would choose her hands down.
