The worst experience with property management I’ve ever experienced. They don’t care about their customers AT ALL. The property manager was extremely hard to get in contact with and they will abandon you if you need something done. Tonight I am sitting here with my power out because the company made a mistake with the utilities so my 2 yr old daughter is in here and we can’t do anything about it. Also they scammed me with my utilities.
Hands down the worst property management, ever! I tried to give them benefit of doubt plenty of times to be understanding but it is clear and evident they do NOT care about their tenants. Our year living here has been nothing short of frustrating and miserable. Good luck trying to get into contact with the property manager. Listen to the other reviews and RUN. Straight scammers.

Scammers. I had to take them to court to get security deposit back. They claimed there was a clerical error to the judge for the whole security deposit. Took almost 6 months to get deposit back. Common practice at home river
