Margaret was very easy to talk with about my needs. She gave great details and responded to all my questions. She is very knowledgeable about the areas I’m looking at.
Margaret helped with all of my questions concerning renting with HomeRiver. Very professional.
All started off well. Then reality kicked in. House has mold & mildew. Heat barely works in very cold conditions. Had to buy space heater. There was no urgency to fix it of course. Can’t forget the completely rotten wood on the deck. I completed my lease. Then paid to stay an additional month. We moved out on 4/4/26. House was left very clean. Walk through and a key has been retrieved. However, everyday I get emails saying I owe a full month rent with a bunch of bogus fees added? No talks of getting my deposit of course. Sta... read more
