Horrible company, I rented a house 254 Summer Park road with them for over 7 years. When I moved out we cleaned everything to include the rugs. They did an inspection and took the majority of our deposit, fair wear and tear was never considered. I would rate 0 if possible. Stay clear of them.

Awful experience with our property manager at the end. We were harassed with charges we didn’t owe at the end, after we had already moved out of the property and owed zero more dollars in rent, and nothing got resolved, until I had to contact the owner of the house myself, and then make a statement about magistrate at the end. Mind you, This was before they even secured the property.
