I’ve been going back and forth with Margret Potter for over month over $981.62. I had automatic payments set up and unfortunately I paid a full month’s rent instead of prorated amount of $312.43 plus $44.95 for air filter replacements that were part my leasing contract. Extremely disappointed with HomeRiver Group in Columbia, SC. They’ve charged me $865 for damages I’m not responsible for—including a broken doggie door that had normal wear and tear from previous tenants, kitchen outlet issues, and plumbing problems even though I provided proof I’ve been calling since move in about it.
