I would not recommend this dealership! We took our Jeep in 3 weeks ago and had little to no communication. We would call no answer. When we did get someone, no new update. Took almost 2 weeks to order a part that takes another 5 days to arrive. That should have been ordered same week. Again, didn't tell us. All under warranty. PLEASE READ!!! Worst customer service experience of my life!!! Lifetime Ram owner. Brand-new 2025 Ram. Complete engine failure at 6,600 miles. Instead of standing behind their vehicle, I've been passed back and forth between Bryden Motors and Stellantis for two months with no meaningful resolution. My experience at Premiere CDJR of Troy was absolutely awful. They sold me a 2023 Ram 1500 around October 2025, and it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. The truck has been in their shop 8 to 10 times for the exact same issue, and they still haven’t fixed it. Well all you need to know is see their Yelp ratings. I had people locally say don't do business with them but just thought that was some sour apples. My bad...probably should have researched that more before my purchased. On 5/25/2026, I purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Well of course they're gonna be attentive with a potential customer. Do not go here for service and especially avoid John Moen. TL/DR: avoid Frisco and make the extra drive to Denton. Moen is a crook. Incredibly unwilling to negotiate, particularly on a good chunk of work. You are just a number and even a nuisance for him. I am ready to buy a Grand Wagoneer L fully loaded so a $100+k car and I will not buy from this location specifically because of how we were treated at service, specifically by Moen.
