Chelsea connected with us online and got our appointment set up. She was very nice and got us a video before we drove 2 hours to look at the car. Once we arrived we got to test drive and then sat down with Jim. Jim was the best car sales man I’ve ever worked with. He worked for us and got us exactly where we wanted to be. We are now proud owners of a BMW X3. The finance manager was great as well. We had a great experience!
