They do not stand behind what they sell. This place is a joke and so is management. Still the good ol boys network. Absolutely the worst so called professional place. The only thing professional is the lady answering the phone.
The people that work here go the extra mile for their customers. They perform miracles to keep our fleet on the road. The personal touch they provide goes well beyond "just a customer"
My salesperson was very nice, but good luck if you need anything after the sale. The main finance guy Doug is impossible to get in touch with. Left several messages. Very unprofessional when trying to take care of any business about your vehicle after the purchase. Highly don’t recommend dealing with him. All the other staff was very nice and tried to help. Would not purchase anything from here again because the service after the fact. Can’t get a call back or any help.
