Said he would come out but ended up canceling for no reason, hung up on me, rude, and came to find out he only pumped one tank before and just the water on top. Don’t recommend using.
Dude only sucked the water out of our septic tank and complained about it had him come out twice and charge $650. Don’t call him if you want it done right save your money and get someone that knows what they are doing.when confronted about only sucking the liquid out of the tank hurried up and left.
This business has no respect for the public! He blows his very loud horn when driving by houses. I have asked him to stop the disturbance. He did for a while but is now back at waking residents as he does a drive by. This is totally unprofessional. He doesn't even belong to the BBB.
Hermitage got the job done fast and on Sunday at a reasonable price
