They were diligent in responding to applicants that had applied to rent my property. Management was great at consulting me on my options. This would be property management that I would recommend.

I still have not received my deposit it has been way past 15 days it has been seven months now. They did not send me a letter stating why they were going to hold onto my money which is what the law says. They just keep trying to put it off onto the property owner playing games between her inattentiveness and themselves when the monies collected were in a check written out to them. Absolutely terrible people to do business with I recommend negative stars to infinity.

This former tenant doesn't like reality or the truth. She was sent a registered letter upon vacating the premises stating that we never held her security deposit which she already knew. She was already living there before our services were engaged so the owner held the security deposit not us and she knows that. We only collected rent. Their agent Cyndy C. steered her coworker/ friend into this peaceful triplex after showing to one couple after stating to me and Tammy Weaver herself ( aforementioned friend) wanted it badly. We have a 30 pound weight limit for dogs and non-aggressive breeds - both the realtor and the woman that works for the company lied moved a 65 pound aggressive dog into the building that kept chasing after myself/family in this unit and the tenant& pets(chihuahuas) in the other unit so for some months, we literally ran from our cars to ... read more

We have tried to communicate with this tenant by registered U.S. Postal mail but she has not accepted delivery. The emails she has sent us can not be displayed on the BBB comments because they are too vulgar, defaming and libelous. We will no longer accept any communication from her but we will from her attorney which she claims to have on retainer already who will be referred to ours.
