Poor customer service. Earlier this week I scheduled an appt for a WDO for today and was bombarded with texts & emails demanding I pay for the service immediately or my appt would be canceled. I will not pay for service before it is rendered. I have been scammed before. My appt was canceled & I called customer service where I informed them I would not pay for service before the inspector arrives. HomePro Inspections are very professional. They are true to their word. The best company for the job. We received Warranty from the company just for using them.
This is the 2nd time we used their services. We missed the preconstruction, slab pouring inspection but hired them for the predrywall and the preclosing inspections. I would strongly advise following (quietly) your inspector to learn a lot about your home. He found numerous items that we would never have found. they were easy to work with, scheduled quickly, helped work with the builder to ensure all was ready, and provided a written report with pictures, drone shots, and items listed by urgency ratings.
