Be careful with this company! They will lock you in on a contract for years with no way out unless you pay the full contract amount! I don’t know any companies that do that anymore because of customer service. And…. You have to get a permit with the city for the police to respond and the monitoring to be any good. If you don’t, your screwed with a worthless monitoring company and you just bleed money until your contract is up! Read you contract! Don’t get screwed like I did! Read the fine print. My contract required 60-day notice or else locked into another year of expensive monitoring or a steep cancellation fee. My recommendation is to keep shopping if you're interested in getting more for your money.

Very disappointed in HomePro......We chose HomePro when we built our home based on the recommendation of our builder, we developed a problem with the alarm system Friday 2/10/23, alarm started beeping so I made a call to HomePro and spoke with a technician, I spent 25 minutes on the phone with them trying to clear the issue with no luck, the technician informed me that they would need to send out a technician, that there would be a fee for them to come out, the fee would need to be paid upfront and the first available appoin... read more

This company is such a disappointment after another. We're done with this security service. Charges you monthly when you already reached out to cancel because we moved. But they say it's a transfer bc we were going to use their service for the new build home. Then currently charges us for a service they haven't installed. Getting to someone honest and that will actually get things resolved is merely impossible. We're just getting alot of run around. DO Not use this company. I'm very upset with Homepro. Today we closed on our new home. During the build, they placed our security two keypads in the wrong location. When we tried to correct it, the customer care representative told us it was their error so they'll leave the other key pad at its current location and put the 3rd keypad in the correct location without charge. Well, this was not promised. On our final walk through the home, they took out the errored keypad put a face plate, then installed the correct one in the foyer. Now we are left wi... read more
