Purchased item from Amazon website. Item sales page makes zero mention of a restocking fee. 20% unopened w/in 30 days and 50% if opened. Stated $150 for shipping and packaging (I paid for return). Be warned. Predatory.

I purchased a product from the HomePlumbing through Amazon. As pictured from the item page the drain should have 2 brass pipes. My product was missing one so I returned it. They charged me an $80.00 restoking fee and refused to acknowledge that a piece was missing or that the picture is misleading. I posted a poor review of the seller and mentioned how they refused to take responsibility. They insist that I was lying and am trying to blackmail them. Prices are good. However, it can be difficult to reach anybody there, even during normal business hours. Voice messages and emails are not answered. When I called and emailed for a refund, as the item had not yet been shipped, I was told on the phone that the package was still with them and that a return was possible, to avoid a restocking fee.
