I saw Jessica Geide from about April 2024-June 2024. At first I thought things were going okay, it was a tad difficult for me since it was the first time I'd really seen a therapist. Then I started to feel like things weren't going so well but I wanted to give it a shot. During my last appointment with her I got there early, and waited in the lobby, it was about 15-20 minutes into my scheduled appointment time she finally came and got me from the little waiting area. while having a mental health crisis, i tried to get an appointment here. i was told the therapist would reach out to me via text and she never did. i followed up with the receptionist and she said she would let the therapist know, and that she would reach out. again... never heard from her. very frustrating as it took a lot to even get myself to reach out for help and then i was disregarded.
