I called Smart Shade and Casey came out within a couple days with samples and great ideas. Blinds came in within two weeks and Aaron hung them within minutes. I’m extremely happy with both service and the blinds. I highly recommend this company. They were both friendly and very professional.
I had bought blinds six years ago for my entire house and recently needed the cords repaired on two of them. I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were not only friendly but also super efficient—arriving quickly and getting the job done in no time. They managed to fix the blinds, saving me the cost and hassle of replacing them altogether. It’s rare to see such good customer service, and I truly appreciated how professional they were. Highly recommend them if you need blinds!
I moved into a condo at St Paul Square in beautiful Valpo which had motorized window blinds on every window. A couple months ago one of the blinds came apart and off the roller. I contacted the manufacturer & they gave me information for local businesses who could help me. Homeplace decorating was the first place I called (because they had previously done great work for my sisters house) & I’m very happy that I did. We got shades for all our windows in our house from Homeplace Decorating. Wonderful to do business with. Sandy is wonderful and her husband Joe is as well! Great customer service and great people! HIGHLY recommend.
