Casey and Aaron have been fantastic to work with. I moved into new construction and needed window treatment for every room. I’m currently living in Winfield, IN and just had Graber custom shutters installed in every room of my new home. The contract was with COSTCO and Smart Shade Co. is the sub contractor Costco uses for their NW IN installations. I would give them 10 stars if that were possible. We had a great experience working with Aaron at SmartShade. He came to our house, walked us through the different options, and recommended blinds that we hadn't even been considering. The new owners have gone above and beyond to be helpful and rectify the issue that we had with the previous owners. I am very grateful and happy for their help and with their professionalism.
I called Smart Shade and Casey came out within a couple days with samples and great ideas. Blinds came in within two weeks and Aaron hung them within minutes. I’m extremely happy with both service and the blinds. I highly recommend this company. They were both friendly and very professional.
