This company has refused to answer any type of correspondence for going on 2 weeks. Due to their negligence our unit overheated and caused so much condensation that it flooded the roof and drywall and saturated the insulation inside the unit. We have yet to hear back even though we have been promised multiple times a manager would contact us. This is completely unacceptable and I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Although the functioning of the replacement hot water heater they put in has been fine, it has been about a year since they damaged part of my home during the install and, after I provided images, accepted responsibility and promised to repair it, but never did. Worst kind of service possible for any potential customer. The owner is so obsessed with selling smart home that he forgets to focus on AC products and the owner stole money from employees by not paying them their wages. Not worth using them for any needs ever. And definitely not worth ever working for.
One of the most professional, honest and efficient company I have experienced. They responded immediately to our air conditioning needs, and installed an entire unit within a few hours. They followed up to make sure things were working properly. I can’t say enough how pleased I was with everything they did! They are, IMHO the best!
