I would not recommend working with this company. We started back in April and were passed through several different people. It is now October and we still do not have answers. Because we were passed through several people, they had to run our credit 3 times- HARD PULLS (because they expire after a certain time). They completely destroyed our credit. Do not use this company.
Heather Livingston has exceptional customer first service skills. She was very detailed and knowledgeable when it came to discussing everything. From the pre-approval process to the closing table she went above and beyond. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to Heather Livingston.
